Comfort Is Key -

Glenn Park is a “come as you are” type of church.  All who come through our doors are at different points in their journey with Christ.  Some are just beginning, while others have been walking with Him for many years.  It is our desire that our church be a “melting pot” for all, and a place that feels like home.

Service Style -

Our desire is to have a multigenerational church worshipping together.  To achieve this, we present a truly blended style of service.  We mix favorite hymns and modern worship songs, as well as a blend of current technology and beloved traditions.  We want Glenn Park to be a place where young and old can come together to celebrate Christ.

Care Team -

Our goal is to make you feel as welcome as possible on Sunday mornings.  If you need help with anything, please let us know.  All Care Ministry people will wear a name tag on Sundays to make it easier for you to identify us.  If we miss you at the door, please visit us at the “Welcome Center” where we would love to have the opportunity to help you!

From visitor parking when you arrive, to greeting you at the door, to helping you find classes for your children, the nursery for your infants, to helping you find a seat for the worship service or an adult class that you would like to attend, our Care Team desires to make your experience at Glenn Park a positive one!

Worship Through Giving

Our Responsibility -

We believe that God is the ultimate owner of everything (Psalm 24:1; 50:10) and has entrusted all of his resources to us.  God has allowed us to choose how we use our time, work, leisure, talents, money, the state of our soul, and how we care for the people and environment around us.

Our Challenge -

Paul challenges us to four principles of giving (2nd Corinthians 8:10-15)

1 - Your willingness to give cheerfully is more important than the amount you give.

2 - You should strive to fulfill all financial commitments.

3 - If you give to others in need, they will, in turn, help you when you are in need.

4 - You should give as a response to what Christ has done for you, and not so that you might receive something in return

Benefits -

Along with the many spiritual blessings that come from practicing faithful and obedient giving, Glenn Park can provide you with a year-end giving statement for either for tax filing purposes, or for your own personal financial records.  In order to enable us to provide this service, (1) please ask for a set of personalized offering envelopes, (2) use the pink envelopes in the pew racks, (3) or use a check with your accurate name and address.  Please place this in the offering plate as it is passed during either weekly worship service.

All funds currently given are deposited into the General Fund, and used to fund all current local, national, and international ministries currently supported by Glenn Park.
